You have to have firearms sent to FFL Dealer, you must submit background check information and wait the time it takes to get your firearm.. Right now they are Backed up at the Background Checking office so wait times can be a month or more.

About Firearms Transfers

If you buy a firearm from a dealer or individual outside your state of residence, federal law requires that you have that firearm shipped to a dealer in your state of residence who can legally transfer the firearm to you. We will perform all BATF mandated checks and complete the required paperwork with you. Our fee for the Firearm (FFL) Transfer Service is $25.00 per gun ($20 for CHL holders).
